Pepsico Pepsico seems to be losing the battle to buy the bottling company back form Pepsiameicas ( and now we hear that PepsiAmericas is going with another beverage company...it would appear that this does not bode well for Pepsico?

PEP As Casey Stengel always said, you can look it up. UBS has never called it right on PEP because it never fully understood or took the time to understand its business model. It is a smartly run broadly based consumer product company. It does not merit a downgrade especially in a crazy market like this.
