Downgrade Citi has been selling PBR for at least twenty days now. Look at this: http://www3.cedrofinances.com.br/playersQuote.cedro?p=petr4 Oil derivatives have been sold in Brazil for the same prices since 2007. Those prices were calculated at the time when the oil barrel was at the US$ 66 price. Look at this( the article is written in brazilian portuguese): http://motodicas.blogspot.com/2008/08/preo-da-gasolina-no-brasil-maior-que-no.html I ask myself how it would be reflected in the next PBR balance sheet.

Downgrade That downgrade is absurd. You fail to mention that it is down 100% over the past 12 months and the correction was due to the price being knocked down due to global market conditions. PBR is positioned to be the next Exxon. It's not a trading stock and investors should not listen to analysts from Citi, period.
