at 07:30 PM Edwards, are you commenting or selling? Obviously, edwards, you bought that domain and are trying to market it. Don't confuse settling frivilous class-action suits with losing a court case! Are you that naive? Settlements are a painful reality for any business - even those who have done nothing wrong! I used Zicam for nearly 10 years with no side effect - other than NOT GETTING SICK! Now it's off the shelf because the FDA and government is out of control. Crazy. Just Crazy.

at 04:59 PM Matrixx Class Action The company may be digging a deeper legal hole for itself by continuing to claim it has never lost a suit, while not disclosing that it paid $12 million to settle 300 suits in 2006. The domain (web address) MatrixxClassAction.com has been set up and is for sale to any law firm eager to attract consumers or investors who want to discuss whether their claimis against Matrixx are actionable.

at 06:59 PM FDA i find it unbelievable that the FDA has the power to, for all intents and purposes, close down a company because 130 people re- ported possible loss of smell after using Zicam!!!!!!.....what about the thousands of people, like me, who have used Zicam for years to shorten the duration of colds with NO side effects!!!!!...i am 80 years old, have counted on Zicam's help for years with NO side effects......and have a fine sense of smell......in fact i smell a rat here!!!!..the FDA should concentrate on life threatening prob- .ems....not this!!!..maybe they could have asked Matrixx to print a warning on their lables......possible loss of smell.....and let US decide what is best for us!!!!!
Article: Matrixx Initiatives (MTXX) Receives Informal Inquiry from SEC On FDA Zicam Issues
on Jun 23, 2009
at 11:39 AM MTXX Suits This has all the makings of a massive, company-destroying class action suit. Expect lawyers to piile on both on behalf of "injured" consumers and irate investors. The domain (web address) matrixxclassaction.com has already been registered and is for sale. It's likely to be just one of many vehicles lawyers will use to educate consumers and investors, attract plaintiffs.
