at 08:15 PM What made you thing something like toolbars would work? What kind of thinking do you have when you thing YOU can somehow make more money off toolbars than the rest of the industry? Pay per Click is too competitive to base your business on but what about your merchant services? Competitive too I agree but still very doable. What are you doing to maximize the profits from your current clients? Are you offering them complimentary services; including marketing services outside search, smart email marketing services, offline marketing services? I jsut can see how you can ignore the many opportunities you can exploit with your current client base. It's about the clients you have not the searchers/searches!
