No Negative News From CCA? One wonders if Bank of America knows how to "google." CCA is involved in numerous lawsuits across the country, many of which have made several newspaper and other publications. Here's what I would suggest to Bank of America: google "CCA" and "lawsuit" and see how may hits you get. This company is renown for getting sued for not providinig medical care and security problems at their facilities. The company claims to save taxpayer money but when CCA gets sued government, the taxpayers, get sued as well. I think people are starting to see the bottom line on privatized corrections.

Corrections Corporation of America The Police Complaint Center has received many complaints against CCA located in Indianapolis, IN. The major complaint is denial of critical medical care, failure to provide prescribed medicine, and the wrong medicines being given to the inmates, failure to provide grievance forms, and retaliation against inmates who complain about conditions at the jail also known as Marion County Jail II. The Police Complaint Center is still receiving complaints against this private company. States need to take a good look at the quality of care provided to inmates in CCA facilities.
