at 09:26 AM buckeye buy rating stifel nicolaus aren't you a bit late on the buy rating of buckeye petroleum! i got rid of another full service broker (merril lynch) because, like you, they waited to recommend a stock until it is near it's higher, then the schmuck investor buys and the stock goes down. P.S. i bought it at $27/share...the reason: growth and a fantastic dividend (which it pays).
