Ken Lewis My wife and I are retired, and in our 70's. We would be greatly relieved if Ken Lewis would agree to continue as CEO of Bank of America. He is a man of integrity who has been dumped on by the Obama henchmen.

Whitney! Very unhappy Birthday to you.... From the comments you made about Paulson it would seem as if you were turning 80 tomorrow instead of 40! You may want to get checked for DIMENSHA! Or maybe your trying to give yourself an early birthday gift.

Kenneth D. lewis Kenneth D. lewis needs to have his $33 million settlement with the SEC tried in a Court of Law .A Court Trial/hearing is a search for the truth.Without a Court Trial/Hearing Ken Lewis can say he admits to no wrong doing and the SEC can say they do not have the staff to litigate-Since they are both lying a Court Trial is necessary to find the truth and Justice. In my opinion Ken Lewis did not inform stocholders as to Merrill/Lynch obsence bonus in order to keep his job. Lewis failed his fiducary responsibilities to the owners of Bank of America-the shareholders shame on him and his greed. He needs to be prosecuted.

BofA SEC Investigation This is wrong. The SEC should investigate who bought puts on BAC before all of a sudden earnings announcement. No early announcement on announcement? Kenneth D. Lewis probably knew the dividend couldn't have been paid in the first place. Tommorow does not look good for BAC.
