Herbalife (HLF) to Acquire N.C. Manufacturing Facility

Herbalife Ltd. (NYSE: HLF) entered into a definitive agreement to purchase a manufacturing facility in Winston Salem, North Carolina. This purchase further expands Herbalifes global manufacturing capacity and is in line with the companys stated strategy to increase self-manufacturing for its products.
