(NYSE: THG) today reported net income of $34.0 million, or $0.94 per diluted share, in the third quarter of 2021, compared to $118.9 million, or $3.13 per diluted share, in the prior-year quarter. Operating income (1) was $30.8 million, or $0.85 per diluted share, for the third quarter of 2021. This compared to operating income of $93.5 million, or $2.46 per diluted share, in the prior-year quarter.
