(NYSE: AMC) (AMC) announced today it has completed its acquisition of the largest theatre exhibitor in Europe, London-based ODEON & UCI Cinemas Holdings Ltd. (ODEON) from private equity firm Terra Firma in a transaction valued at approximately $1.2 billion.
