Urban Edge Properties Announces 10% Increase in Common Share Dividend
November 8, 2016 6:15 PM ESTNEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Urban Edge Properties (NYSE: UE) today announced that its Board of Trustees has declared a regular fourth quarter dividend of $0.22 per common share, resulting in an indicated annual rate of $0.88 per share, an increase of $0.08 per share over the prior annual rate. The dividend will be payable on December 30, 2016 to common shareholders of record on December 15, 2016.
