NorthStar Asset Management Group Declares Third Quarter Common Stock Dividend
November 1, 2016 4:05 PM EDTNEW YORK, Nov. 1, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- NorthStar Asset Management Group Inc. (NYSE: NSAM) today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a cash dividend of $0.10 per share of common stock, payable with respect to the quarter ended September 30, 2016. The dividend is expected to be paid on November 18, 2016 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on November 14, 2016. NSAM's common shares will begin trading ex-dividend on November 9, 2016.
