Denison Announces Transaction to Acquire the Hook-Carter Property From ALX Uranium Corp.

("Denison" or the "Company") (TSX: DML)(NYSE MKT: DNN) is pleased to announce that it has executed a definitive agreement with ALX Uranium Corp.
