(the Company) (NYSE: ABR) today announced that it intends to offer, subject to market and other conditions, $75 million aggregate principal amount of Convertible Senior Notes due 2019 (the Notes) in an underwritten public offering registered under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended. The Company intends to grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to $11.25 million aggregate principal amount of additional Notes to cover over-allotments, if any.Â
