Ctrip.com International, Ltd. Announces Proposed Offering of 22,500,000 American Depositary Shares

(Nasdaq: CTRP), a leading travel service provider of accommodation reservation, transportation ticketing, packaged tours and corporate travel management in China ("Ctrip" or the "Company"), today announced the commencement of the offering of 22,500,000 American depositary shares (the "ADSs"), each representing 0.125 of an ordinary share of the Company (the "ADS Offering"). The Company intends to grant the underwriters in the ADS Offering a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 3,375,000 ADSs to cover over-allotments, if any.
