August 16, 2016 8:45 AM EDTNEW YORK, Aug. 16, 2016 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Reis, Inc. (NASDAQ: REIS) (Reis or the Company), a leading provider of commercial real estate market information and analytical tools, announced today that on August 15, 2016, its Board of Directors declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.17 per common share, to be paid on September 15, 2016 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on September 8, 2016.
