Level 3 Communications (LVLT) to Replace Jabil Circuit (JBL) in S&P 500

Level 3 Communications Inc. (NYSE: LVLT) will replace Jabil Circuit Inc. (NYSE: JBL) in the S&P 500, and Jabil Circuit will replace TW Telecom Inc. (NASDAQ: TWTC) in the S&P MidCap 400 after the close of trading on Tuesday, November 4. Level 3 Communications is acquiring TW Telecom in a deal expected to be completed soon pending final conditions.
