Wells Fargo maintained a Market Perform rating on Burger King Worldwide (NYSE: BKW) and raised its price target to $30-$32 (from $26-$27). Earlier, Tim Hortons (NYSE: THI) and Burger King confirmed that they are in discussions regarding the potential combination. In the view of analyst Jeff Farmer, with the stock up 20% today, the stock already reflects aggressive assumptions, especially given limited transaction details.
