Facebook (NASDAQ: FB) Set to Join the S&P 100 & 500.
Facebook Inc. (NASDAQ: FB) will replace The Williams Companies Inc. (NYSE: WMB) in the S&P 100, and Facebook will replace Teradyne Inc. (NYSE: TER) in the S&P 500.
The move will take places after the close of trading on Friday, December 20.
