Autodesk, Inc. (NASDAQ: ADSK) 20% LOWER; reported Q2 EPS of $0.48, $0.01 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.49. Revenue for the quarter came in at $569 million versus the consensus estimate of $593.08 million. Autodesk, Inc. sees Q3 2012 EPS of $0.40-0.45, versus the consensus of $0.50. Autodesk, Inc. sees Q3 2012 revenue of $550-570 million, versus the consensus of $601.24 million. Also, announces restrcuturing.

Aruba Networks, Inc. (NASDAQ: ARUN) 12% HIGHER ; reported Q4 EPS of $0.18, $0.01 better than the analyst estimate of $0.17. Revenue for the quarter came in at $139.2 million versus the consensus estimate of $136.84 million

Shares of SUPERVALU Inc. (NYSE: SVU) 6% HIGHER ; reports that the company's advisors are closer to sniffing out a potential buyer, or buyer(s). Bloomberg is reporting that Cerberus Capital Management LP is examining a possible deal involving the Albertsons unit

Salesforce.com, Inc. (NYSE: CRM) 5% LOWER; reported Q2 EPS of $0.42, $0.03 better than the analyst estimate of $0.39. Revenue for the quarter came in at $732 million versus the consensus estimate of $728.21 million. Salesforce.com, Inc. sees FY2013 revenue of $3.025-3.035 billion, versus the consensus of $3.02 billion. Sees FY2013 EPS of $1.48 to $1.51, versus the consensus of $1.49. In the current quarter (Q3), the company sees revenues of $773 to $777 million, versus the consensus of $771.34 million and sees EPS of $0.31-$0.32, which is below the Street which is at $0.34.

Micros Systems (NASDAQ: MCRS) 4% HIGHER ; reported Q2 EPS of $0.68, $0.08 better than the analyst estimate of $0.60. Revenue for the quarter came in at $302.5 million versus the consensus estimate of $302.31 million.

Gyrodyne Company of America, Inc. (NASDAQ: GYRO) 4% HIGHER ; announced today that it has engaged Rothschild Inc. as its financial advisor to advise the Company with respect to maximizing shareholder value through one or more potential cash distributions and/or through a potential sale, merger or other strategic combination. The Company has also engaged Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP as a legal advisor to provide corporate transactional and REIT tax advice in the strategic process

Amarin Corporation plc (NASDAQ: AMRN) 3% HIGHER ; reports the company hired an advisor.

Brinker International, Inc. (NYSE: EAT) 3% HIGHER ; declared a quarterly dividend of $0.20 per share, or $0.8 annualized. This is a 25% increase from the prior dividend of $0.16. Brinker's Board of Directors also authorized an additional $500 million in share repurchases, bringing the total outstanding share repurchase authorization to $626 million as of today's date.

Zumiez Inc. (Nasdaq: ZUMZ) 3% LOWER; Marc Stolzman, Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary, gave notice of his decision to leave the Company effective as of a transition date to be determined but no later than September 14, 2012 to pursue other opportunities.

Syneron Medical Ltd. (NASDAQ: ELOS) 3% LOWER; announced that Asaf Alperovitz has resigned from the position of Chief Financial Officer to pursue a new career opportunity. Syneron's Board of Directors has appointed David Schlachet as interim Chief Financial Officer, effective as of August 24, 2012, and has initiated an executive search process to find a permanent replacement.

Shoe Carnival, Inc. (NASDAQ: SCVL) 2% LOWER; reported Q2 EPS of $0.14, $0.03 better than the analyst estimate of $0.11. Revenue for the quarter came in at $182.2 million versus the consensus estimate of $182.12 million. Growth in comparable store sales of 3.0 percent. Shoe Carnival, Inc. sees Q3 2012 EPS of $0.55-0.60, versus the consensus of $0.57. Shoe Carnival, Inc. sees Q3 2012 revenue of $240-245 million, versus the consensus of $234.49 million.
