Auriga reiterates a 'Buy' on Quality Systems (NASDAQ: QSII) price target of $37.00.
Analyst, Gene Mannheimer, said, "We are reiterating our rating on (QSII on the heels of a disappointing Q4 in which performance met reduced expectations, and following our upgrade three days ago. We find no material change in fundamentals of the industry, but believe QSII has its work cut out to compete in recently forged markets like inpatient and revenue cycle. Nonetheless, we think the company can leverage the strength of its brand, and exploit weaknesses of competitors to garner a small, but respectable footprint. We're upping revenue estimates for F13 and F14 to reflect the acquisition of Matrix and strength in management consulting. We would continue to take advantage of the recent weakness in QSII to establish positions for a potential 20-25% move up from current levels. EPS of $0.25 on $109 million in revenue. EPS met its downwardly revised range of $0.24 to $0.27 on revenue of $107-$110 million. Our EPS forecast was slightly more optimistic at $0.27 on $109 million."
