InfoSpace, Inc. (NASDAQ: INSP) 23.2% HIGHER; reported Q1 EPS of $0.28, $0.03 better than the analyst estimate of $0.25. Revenue for the quarter came in at $115.7 million versus the consensus estimate of $11.23 million. Sees Q2 2012 EPS of $0.13-$0.16, versus the consensus of $0.06. Sees Q2 2012 revenue of $92.5-$96.5 million, versus the consensus of $88.5 million.

Silicon Graphics (NASDAQ: SGI) 23.1% LOWER; reported Q3 EPS of $0.11, $0.14 better than the analyst estimate of ($0.03). Aeroflex Holdings (NYSE: ARX) 18.3% LOWER; reported Q3 EPS of ($0.08), $0.24 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.16. Revenue for the quarter came in at $162.3 million versus the consensus estimate of $173.33 million. Sees Q4 2012 EPS of $0.20-$0.27, versus the consensus of $0.32. Aeroflex Holdings sees Q4 2012 revenue of $180-$195 million, versus the consensus of $201.6 million.

Keryx Biopharma (Nasdaq: KERX) 17.9% HIGHER; following Q1 results on Tuesday afternoon, the stock was upgraded to Buy at both Roth Capital and Ladenburg Thalmann earlier.

MEMC Electronic Materials (NYSE: WFR) 15% LOWER; reported Q1 EPS of ($0.26), $0.10 worse than the analyst estimate of ($0.16). Revenue for the quarter came in at $523.8 million versus the consensus estimate of $496.44 million.

AMAG Pharma (Nasdaq: AMAG) 13% LOWER; the stock was downgraded at Baird and Ladenburg Thalmann this morning.

Cytori Therapeutics, Inc. (NASDAQ: CYTX) 12.8% HIGHER; reported Q1 EPS of ($0.16), in-line with the analyst estimate of ($0.16). Revenue for the quarter came in at $1.48 million, versus $1.36 million reported last year.

DG FastChannel, Inc. (NASDAQ: DGIT) 12.5% LOWER; reported Q1 EPS of $0.05, $0.03 better than the analyst estimate of $0.02. Revenue for the quarter came in at $92.85 million versus the consensus estimate of $91.02 million.

Eagle Bulk Shipping, Inc. (NASDAQ: EGLE) 12.5% LOWER; reported Q1 EPS of ($0.28), versus ($0.09) reported last year. Revenue for the quarter came in at $52.6 million, versus $86.7 million reported last year.

Repros Therapeutics Inc.® (Nasdaq: RPRX) 12.2% HIGHER; today announced it has held a meeting with the Division of Reproductive and Urologic Products (DRUP) to agree upon the registration requirements for the Company's Androxal® oral therapy for the treatment of secondary hypogonadism. Repros believes secondary hypogonadism is responsible for over 90% of the incidence of low testosterone in the United States.

Quad/Graphics, Inc. (NYSE: QUAD) 12% HIGHER; reported Q1 EPS of $0.26, $0.10 better than the analyst estimate of $0.16. Revenue for the quarter came in at $990 million versus the consensus estimate of $941.47 million.

Alliance Healthcare Services (NYSE: AIQ) 11.4% HIGHER; reported a Q1 loss of 9 cents per share on sales of $120.8 million. The Street was looking for a loss of 5 cents per share on sales of $124.83 million.

Tesla Motors, Inc. (NASDAQ: TSLA) 10.9% HIGHER; reported Q1 EPS of ($0.76), $0.07 worse than the analyst estimate of ($0.69). Revenue for the quarter came in at $30.2 million versus the consensus estimate of $32 million. Sees FY2012 revenue of $560-$600 million, versus prior guidance of $550-$600 million and the consensus of $537.68 million.

Windstream Corporation (NASDAQ: WIN) 10.9% LOWER; reported Q1 EPS of $0.13, in-line with the analyst estimate of $0.13. Revenue for the quarter came in at $1.55 billion versus the consensus estimate of $1.56 billion.

Universal Display Corp (NASDAQ: PANL) 10.7% LOWER; reported Q1 EPS of ($0.03), $0.08 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.05. Revenue for the quarter came in at $12.6 million versus the consensus estimate of $16.44 million.
