Insmed Incorporated (Nasdaq: INSM) 56.3% HIGHER; today announced that the U.S. FDA has lifted the clinical hold previously placed on ARIKACE (liposomal amikacin for inhalation) in Cystic Fibrosis (CF) patients with Pseudomonas lung infections.

Vertex Pharmaceuticals Incorporated (Nasdaq: VRTX) 52.4% HIGHER; reports an interim analysis of data from an ongoing Phase 2 study of VX-809 and KALYDECO (ivacaftor) that showed significant improvements in lung function (FEV1) among adults with cystic fibrosis (CF) who have two copies (homozygous) of the most common mutation in the cystic fibrosis transmembrane conductance regulator (CFTR) gene, F508del. GTSI Corp. (Nasdaq: GTSI) 47.1% HIGHER; announced it has entered into a definitive agreement to be acquired through a cash tender offer at $7.75 per share by an affiliate of UNICOMĀ® Systems, Inc.

NN, Inc. (Nasdaq: NNBR) 23.2% HIGHER; reported Q1 EPS of $0.39, $0.06 better than the analyst estimate of $0.33. Revenue for the quarter came in at $104.52 million versus the consensus estimate of $106.2 million.

Clearsign Combustion (Nasdaq: CLIR) 21.2% HIGHER; continuing a massive run since its IPO on April 26th. Following a 24 percent surge on Friday, shares are now over the $8 and $9 levels. The stock has not closed lower since beginning to trade publicly.

Petmed Express, Inc. (Nasdaq: PETS) 19.7% LOWER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.20, $0.02 better than the analyst estimate of $0.18. Revenue for the quarter came in at $55.9 million versus the consensus estimate of $52.05 million.

Cognizant Technology Solutions (Nasdaq: CTSH) 19% LOWER; reported Q1 EPS of $0.86, $0.07 better than the analyst estimate of $0.79. Revenue for the quarter came in at $1.71 billion versus the consensus estimate of $1.71 billion. Sees Q2 2012 EPS of $0.87, versus the consensus of $0.83. Cognizant Technology Solutions sees Q2 2012 revenue of $1.79 billion, versus the consensus of $1.84 billion. Sees FY2012 EPS of $3.62, versus the consensus of $3.45. Cognizant Technology Solutions sees FY2012 revenue of $7.34 million, versus the consensus of $7.54 million.

Astrotech Corp. (Nasdaq: ASTC) (SPACEHAB) 17.9% HIGHER; reported Q3 EPS of $0.05, versus ($0.02) reported last year. Revenue for the quarter came in at $10 million, versus $5.7 million reported last year.

Broadsoft, Inc. (Nasdaq: BSFT) 17.3% LOWER; reported Q1 EPS of $0.29, $0.06 better than the analyst estimate of $0.23. Revenue for the quarter came in at $38.3 million versus the consensus estimate of $36.96 million. Sees Q2 2012 EPS of $0.17-$0.23, versus the consensus of $0.28. Broadsoft sees Q2 2012 revenue of $36-$38 million, versus the consensus of $38.5 million. Sees FY2012 EPS of $1.22-$1.32, versus the consensus of $1.26. Broadsoft sees FY2012 revenue of $158-$162 million, versus the consensus of $162.2 million.

Bottomline Technologies, Inc. (Nasdaq: EPAY) 15.2% LOWER; reported Q3 EPS of $0.21, in-line with the analyst estimate of $0.21. Revenue for the quarter came in at $55.3 million versus the consensus estimate of $56 million.

Thompson Creek Metals Company Inc. (NYSE: TC) 14.7% LOWER; today announced its intention to offer, subject to market and other conditions, $200,000,000 of its Senior Notes due 2019, and 8,000,000 Tangible Equity Units each with a stated amount of $25. Moody's downgraded the company's CFR from B3 to Caa1; outlook Stable.
