TD Securities initiates coverage on Research In Motion Ltd. (NASDAQ: RIMM) with a Hold. PT $16.00.
Analyst, Scott Penner, said, "We see the mobile devices business as challenging, with category growth offset by brutal competition, short product cycles and fleeting consumer tastes. Although guarded expectations for BlackBerry 10 leave room for upside, the potential Q3 launch could coincide with a new iPhone (Nasdaq: AAPL) and initial Windows Phone 8 (Nasdaq: MSFT) devices – in short, it will be tough to find elbow room."
