Wells Fargo resumes coverage on Internap Network (NASDAQ: INAP) with an Outperform. PT range $6.60-$7.20.
Wells analyst said, "We believe INAP offers investors a good value story currently with the potential for improved revenue growth in 2012 as INAP expands its data center footprint. Data center expansion diversifies INAP’s business away from lower margin third-party facilities, which should help overall margins improve. Trading at only 5.8x 2012E EBITDA versus data center/managed hosting peers at about 7.5x, we think the risk/reward is very attractive. Our 2011E EBITDA per share is $0.85; our 2012E is $1.01."
