Sigma Designs Inc. (Nasdaq: SIGM) 13.75% HIGHER; reports Q2 adj-EPS of $0.48, versus the consensus of $0.35. Revenues came in at $42.5 million versus the consensus of $39.1 million. Sees more than 20% net revenue growth in Q3.

Citi Trends (Nasdaq: CTRN) 8% LOWER; reports Q2 EPS of $0.04, $0.07 ex-items, versus the consensus of $0.05. Revenues came in at $96.8 million versus the consensus of $96.8 million. Lowers 2007 forecast. Sees 2007 EPS of $1.40-$1.44, including $0.04 expense, versus the consensus of $1.51.

Vimpel-Communications (NYSE: VIP) 5.8% HIGHER; reports Q2 earnings of $0.35 per share, 4 cents better than estimates. Revenues came in at $1.72 billion versus the consensus of $1.65 billion.

Jo-Ann Stores Inc. (NYSE: JAS) 5% LOWER; reports Q2 loss of $0.76, versus the consensus of a $0.65 loss. Sees Q2 revenues of $388.5 million versus the consensus of $376.7 million. Sees FY EPS of $0.60-$0.70, versus the consensus of $0.63.

Chico's FAS (NYSE: CHS) 5% LOWER; reports Q2 earnings of $0.22 per share, versus the consensus of $0.26. Revenues came in at $436 million versus the consensus of $448 million. Sees Soma investment hurting 2007 EPS by $0.09 to $0.11 per share. Sees some 'softness' in gross margins continuing in Q3.

FuelCell Energy, Inc. (Nasdaq: FCEL) 4.5% HIGHER; announced that Ford Motor Co. (NYSE: F) will purchase a DFC300MA( fuel cell for its Oakville, Ontario, facility to reduce paint solvent emanating from automotive painting operations by turning fumes from those compounds into 300 kilowatts of green electricity.

TASER International Inc. (Nasdaq: TASR) 4% HIGHER; Merrirman Curhan upgrades to Buy

Genesco Inc. (NYSE: GCO) 4% LOWER; reports Q2 EPS of $0.00 (excluding $5.5 million pretax, or approximately $0.13 per diluted share, in expenses related to the Company's proposed merger with a subsidiary of The Finish Line) vs. consensus of $0.30. Revenues were $328 million vs. $348.57 million consensus.

TiVo Inc. (Nasdaq: TIVO) 4% LOWER; reports Q2 loss of $0.18, versus the consensus of a $0.05 loss (not comparable). Revenues came in at $62.7 million versus the consensus of 458.4 million. Sees Q3 service, tech revenues of $56-$57 million, versus the consensus of $59 million. Sees Q3 net loss of $14-$17 million, and an Adjusted EBITDA loss in the range of $5 million to $8 million.

Tiffany & Co. (NYSE: TIF) 2% HIGHER; reports Q2 EPS of $0.45, versus the consensus of $0.34. Revenues came in at $662.6 million versus the consensus of $643.4 million. Sees FY EPS of $2.22-$2.27, versus prior view of $2.10-$2.15 and the consensus of $2.13.
