After-hours movers: Snap sinks, Ford surges, and more

After-Hours Stock Movers:

Snap (NYSE: SNAP) plunged 32% after it reported mixed fourth quarter results and warned about negative operating profit in the first quarter. Social media peer Pinterest (NYSE: PINS) also traded lower.

Fortinet (NASDAQ: FTNT) climbed 11% after the security company’s results top estimates in the fourth quarter and it issued decent guidance for the first quarter despite some softness on the top line. Several of its peers gained in sympathy, including Palo Alto Networks (NASDAQ: PANW) and Zscaler (NASDAQ: ZS).

Chipotle Mexican Grill (NYSE: CMG) climbed 3% after earnings and revenue beat consensus and it said it sees full year comparable restaurant sales growth in the mid-single digit range.

Ford Motor (NYSE: F) surged 6% after it beat Wall Street expectation for EPS and revenue.

Gilead Sciences (NASDAQ: GILD) declined 3% after its fourth quarter EPS missed consensus and it issued guidance that was lackluster

FuboTV (NYSE: FUBO) declined after WSJ reported ESPN, Fox and Warner Bros. are planning on joining forces to launch a sports streaming service.

V.F. Corp. (NYSE: VFC) declined 8% after it reported worse than expected earnings a revenue.

Sonos (NASDAQ: SONO) climbed 13% after it beat estimates for EPS and revenue.

e.l.f. Beauty, Inc. (NYSE: ELF) climbed 6% after beating third quarter estimates and issuing guidance that beat on nearly every metric.
