Microsoft (NASDAQ: MSFT) is on watch after-hours after salesforce.com (NYSE: CRM) has agreed to acquire word processing app Quip for a reported $750 million.
While small in scale compared to Microsoft, with salesforce's blessing it means another notable competitor for Mr. Softee.
