Analog Devices (ADI) Raises Quarterly Dividend 5% to $0.42 and Approves $1B Buyback

Analog Devices (NASDAQ: ADI) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.42 per share, or $1.68 annualized. This is a 5% increase from the prior dividend of $0.40.
The dividend will be payable on March 8, 2016, to stockholders of record on February 26, 2016, with an ex-dividend date of February 24, 2016.
The annual yield on the dividend is 3.2 percent.
In addition, the Board of Directors has approved an increase to the Company’s share repurchase authorization to $1 billion. As of January 30, 2016, the Company had $415 million remaining under its previous authorization.
