Legg Mason (NYSE: LM) reported Q3 EPS of $1.45, $0.75 better than the analyst estimate of $0.70. Revenue for the quarter came in at $569.6 million versus the consensus estimate of $683.53 million.

Assets Under Management ("AUM") were $671.5 billion as of December 31, 2015, compared to $672.1 billion as of September 30, 2015, and down 5% from $709.1 billion as of December 31, 2014.
