PALO ALTO, CA -- (Marketwired) -- 07/24/15 -- HP (NYSE: HPQ) -- Today, Judge Charles R. Breyer, Senior District Judge, United States District Court for the Northern District of California, approved the final settlement of the U.S. HP Autonomy shareholder derivative litigation.
