Celsion (CLSN) Misses Q3 EPS by 3c

Celsion (NASDAQ: CLSN) reported Q3 EPS of ($0.35), $0.03 worse than the analyst estimate of ($0.32). Revenue for the quarter came in at $125 million versus the consensus estimate of $125 million.

Net loss for the quarter ended September 30, 2014 was impacted by higher operating costs associated with the initiation of the OPTIMA Study ($1.7 million), the inclusion of operating costs of CLSN Labs ($0.7 million) and higher interest expense ($0.3 million).
