Douglas Emmett (NYSE: DEI) reported Q3 FFO of $0.36, $0.02 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.38. Revenue for the quarter came in at $148.15 million versus the consensus estimate of $152.5 million.

Douglas Emmett sees FY2014 FFO of $1.53-$1.55, versus the consensus of $1.57.
