Vectren Corp. (VVC) Raises Quarterly Dividend 5.6% to $0.38; 3.4% Yield

Vectren Corp. (NYSE: VVC) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.38 per share, or $1.52 annualized. This is a 5.6% increase from the prior dividend of $0.36.

The dividend will be payable on December 1, 2014, to stockholders of record on November 17, 2014, with an ex-dividend date of November 13, 2014.

The annual yield on the dividend is 3.4 percent.
