Shutterstock (SSTK) Tops Q3 EPS by 2c; Issues Solid Outlook

Shutterstock (NYSE: SSTK) reported Q3 EPS of $0.26, $0.02 better than the analyst estimate of $0.24. Revenue for the quarter came in at $83.7 million versus the consensus estimate of $82.5 million.

Shutterstock sees Q4 2014 revenue of $90-92 million, versus the consensus of $90.77 million.

Shutterstock sees FY2014 revenue of $326-329 million, versus the consensus of $326.23 million.

Shutterstock sees FY2015 revenue of $430-435 million, versus the consensus of $420.5 million.

"In the third quarter, we achieved strong growth due to our continued focus on providing an intuitive and efficient marketplace for businesses and creative professionals," said Founder and CEO Jon Oringer.
