Universal Corp. (UVV) Raises Quarterly Dividend 2% to $0.52; 4.7% Yield

Universal Corp. (NYSE: UVV) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.52 per share, or $2.08 annualized. This is a 2% increase from the prior dividend of $0.51.

The dividend will be payable on February 9, 2015, to stockholders of record on January 12, 2015, with an ex-dividend date of January 8, 2015.

The annual yield on the dividend is 4.7 percent.
