Walter Investment Management Corp. (NYSE: WAC) reported Q3 EPS of $0.96, $0.07 worse than the analyst estimate of $1.03. Revenue for the quarter came in at $386 million versus the consensus estimate of $390.84 million.
Walter Investment Management Corp. sees FY2014 EPS of $5, versus prior guidance of $5.25-$6 and the consensus of $5.37.
"We are considering monetizing certain non-core assets in conjunction with a review of our balance sheet and capital structure and we are also reviewing our cost structure and opportunities to achieve substantial operating efficiencies."
