Thoratec (THOR) Misses Q3 EPS by 4c, Lowers FY Guidance

Thoratec (NASDAQ: THOR) reported Q3 EPS of $0.18, $0.04 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.22. Revenue for the quarter came in at $105.8 million versus the consensus estimate of $106.3 million.

Thoratec sees FY2014 EPS of $1.20-$1.30, versus prior guidance of $1.25-$1.35 and the consensus of $1.3. Thoratec sees FY2014 revenue of $450-460 million, versus prior guidance of $455-470 million and the consensus of $462.6 million.
