Rockwell Automation Inc. (ROK) Raises Quarterly Dividend 12.1% to $0.65; 2.4% Yield

Rockwell Automation Inc. (NYSE: ROK) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.65 per share, or $2.6 annualized. This is a 12.1% increase from the prior dividend of $0.58.

The dividend will be payable on December 10, 2014, to stockholders of record on November 17, 2014, with an ex-dividend date of November 13, 2014.

The annual yield on the dividend is 2.4 percent.
