Powell Industries (POWL) Hikes Quarterly Dividend 4% to $0.26; 2.3% Yield

Powell Industries (NASDAQ: POWL) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.26 per share, or $1.04 annualized. This is a 4% increase from the prior dividend of $0.25.

The dividend will be payable on December 17, 2014, to stockholders of record on November 19, 2014, with an ex-dividend date of November 17, 2014.

The annual yield on the dividend is 2.3 percent.
