Examworks Group (EXAM) Tops Q3 EPS by 2c; Lifts Outlook

Examworks Group (NYSE: EXAM) reported Q3 EPS of $0.08, $0.02 better than the analyst estimate of $0.06. Revenue for the quarter came in at $204.1 million versus the consensus estimate of $195.8 million.

The company is raising full year 2014 guidance, they now expect our full year reported revenues to increase between 24% and 25% from our 2013 full year reported revenues of approximately $616.0 million as compared to prior guidance of 22.5% to 24.5%. Organic growth, on a constant currency basis, is now expected to range between 11.5% and 12.5% as compared to prior guidance of 9% to 11%. Our full year adjusted EBITDA margin is now expected to range between 16.75% and 17.25% of reported revenues.
