National Retail Properties, Inc. (NNN) Tops Q3 AFFO by 2c

National Retail Properties, Inc. (NYSE: NNN) reported Q3 AFFO of $0.53, $0.02 better than the analyst estimate of $0.51. Revenue for the quarter came in at $109.86 million versus the consensus estimate of $107.05 million.

The company also announced 2015 FFO guidance of $2.13 to $2.17 per share and estimated 2015 AFFO to be $2.19 to $2.23 per share.
