HCP (HCP) Misses Q3 FFO by 2c

HCP (NYSE: HCP) reported Q3 FFO of $0.75, $0.02 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.77. Revenue for the quarter came in at $596.6 million versus the consensus estimate of $534.6 million.

HCP sees FY2014 FFO of $2.98-$3.04, versus the consensus of $3.03.
