RetailMeNot (SALE) Tops Q3 EPS by 3c, Q4 Guidance Falls Short

RetailMeNot (NASDAQ: SALE) reported Q3 EPS of $0.16, $0.03 better than the analyst estimate of $0.13. Revenue for the quarter came in at $56.5 million versus the consensus estimate of $56 million.

RetailMeNot sees Q4 2014 revenue of $84.7-86.7 million, versus the consensus of $90.85 million. Adjusted EBITDA is expected to be in the range of $32.2 to $35.2 million, or adjusted EBITDA margins of 39% at the mid-point.

RetailMeNot sees FY2014 revenue of $262-264 million, versus the consensus of $267.47 million. Adjusted EBITDA is expected to be in the range of $90.0 to $93.0 million, or adjusted EBITDA margins of 35% at the mid-point.
