Fluor Corp. sees FY2014 EPS of $4.10-$4.30, versus prior guidance of $4.1-$4.45 and the consensus of $4.2.

Fluor Corp. sees FY2015 EPS of $4.50-$5.00, may not compare to the consensus of $4.97.
