Fluor Corp. (NYSE: FLR) reported Q3 EPS of $1.15, $0.05 better than the analyst estimate of $1.10. Revenue for the quarter came in at $5.44 billion versus the consensus estimate of $6.04 billion.

Fluor Corp. sees FY2014 EPS of $4.10-$4.30, versus prior guidance of $4.1-$4.45 and the consensus of $4.2.

Fluor Corp. sees FY2015 EPS of $4.50-$5.00, may not compare to the consensus of $4.97.
