Post Properties (PPS) Tops Q3 EPS by 2c

Post Properties (NYSE: PPS) reported Q3 EPS of $0.47, $0.02 better than the analyst estimate of $0.45. Revenue for the quarter came in at $96.46 million versus the consensus estimate of $92.5 million.

Post Properties sees FY2014 EPS of $2.39-$2.40, versus prior guidance of $2.32-$2.37 and the consensus of $2.35.
