CBOE Holdings (NASDAQ: CBOE) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.21 per share, or $0.84 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on December 19, 2014, to stockholders of record on November 28, 2014, with an ex-dividend date of November 25, 2014.
