Alexander & Baldwin (NYSE: ALEX) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.05 per share, or $0.2 annualized. This is a 25% increase from the prior dividend of $0.04.
The dividend will be payable on December 4, 2014, to stockholders of record on November 10, 2014, with an ex-dividend date of November 6, 2014.
The annual yield on the dividend is 0.5 percent.
