Ventas (VTR) Tops Q3 FFO by 1c

Ventas (NYSE: VTR) reported Q3 FFO of $1.12, $0.01 better than the analyst estimate of $1.11. Revenue for the quarter came in at $779 million versus the consensus estimate of $749 million.

Ventas sees FY2014 FFO of $4.44-$4.47, versus the consensus of $4.45.
