Washington REIT (WRE) Tops Q3 FFO by 2c

Washington REIT (NYSE: WRE) reported Q3 FFO of $0.43, $0.02 better than the analyst estimate of $0.41. Revenue for the quarter came in at $73.4 million versus the consensus estimate of $73.4 million.

Washington REIT sees FY2014 FFO of $1.60-$1.63, versus prior guidance of $1.56-$1.64 and the consensus of $1.51.
